Hi Lot 10, first wanted to say congrats on the wedding and to let you know that we have a daughter also, Gabby who is 3 and a half and a son Max, who is 7 months. Gabby is completely excited of all the new little girls that are going to be on our street.
I feel the same way about making our cul-de-sac a nice little community within a community. It seems like there are a lot of great families moving in and we just can't wait to meet everyone.
As for the street lights, John had not mentioned a timeframe regarding any change but I did feel confident after our conversation that it could definitely happen. The sooner the better, I would think, as once they have all our money they might be less likely to do something about it. And for the signage, i'm not sure how that would go over, I guess it would have to be propositioned to both lot owners and I don't know the process that would have to be taken within Mattamy. I did put the idea out there and then John H. suggested maybe a little landscaping with some sort of signage could be done as the stone signs would occupy quite a bit of property. I guess if we all have a few suggestions to give them than maybe one will work for everyone.
We'll let you know how the framewalk goes. |

WELL HELLO JENNER COURT.
I am happy to say that we have been approved for the BLACK LANTERN STREET LIGHTS. John Hourihan emailed me this morning and said that Mattamy will be changing the street lights on our court to match the exisitng Mattamy lights. He had also mentioned a "flower fest" idea in which Mattmy helps provide plantings twice a year to help residents spruce up their neighbourhoods in lieu of the signage. I said I think we all would appreciate any ideas that would help us stand out from the other subdivision.

| Wow! That is great news. It sounds like Mattamy really does want us all to be happy and will do their best to make things happen. So far I am very impressed. It will be interesting to see how they handle some of the other issues such as the Sound barrier wall. I am very hopeful. |

Thanks for the support #10. We love our house. I am sure all of Cambridge does too. Meaning that everyone who drives by on CanAmera can see every part of our home. All we want is a little privacy.
We meet with John H. This Tuesday after our inspection to discuss the issue. I am keeping my fingers crossed. |
